Three mistakes when practising Yoga

First mistake—Warming-up by doing body mechanics

It’s wrong for some yoga coaches to teach the practicers body mechanics as warm-up prior to yoga practise. It's too diffcult to calm down for practising yoga after doing body mechanics,when the body will be in a stimulated status. Besides,the excited muscles will lead to various hurt when doing yoga.

Second mistake—practise yoga at home

For time limited or other reasons,some practicers prefer to practising yoga at home, followed the instructions of the CD or books.Experts said that it’s harmful to do so, especially for the begginers.Blind practising will be easier to get hurt,without knowing their bodies and their endurance limit.

Third mistake—Sweating is enough

We should feel bodymind,instead of just feeling good in one part of the body. Sweating,having headache or over excited, will be a sign that your body is getting hurt. You should list a questionaire for yourself after each lesson, like “How you feel?” and “Is it over your endurance limit?”etc. We can achieve the best result only after we have set up a practising plan upon the questionaire.
