The new trainers have gold eyelets, exotic skins and star-print soles. They will be launched in May, priced at £395.
They will join other luxury marquees such as Christian Louboutin and Rick Owens who've diversified into this market. Those brands, like Jimmy Choo have focused on 'high-top' trainers.
Sebastian Manes, the director of accessories at Selfridges, has just returned from a buying trip to Milan: “where every designer is now in on the high-top act. These trainers are a backlash against shoes being so high — they are about being comfortable and cool at the same time.”
All type of shoes are designed to serve a special purpose and Trainers Shoes are designed for walking comfort, by reducing stress and strain on legs. Various types of trainers are available such as running trainers, cross-trainers, elliptical trainers and many other varieties we can talk about.
