Armani Residences and Hotel will opening in Burj Tower

The world's tallest freestanding building Burj Tower in Dubai, which is opening its doors on Monday, however the Armani residences and hotel is remain off limits.

The skyscraper will house nine hotels and various luxury shops and apartments, including the Armani Residences and the Armani hotel.

On Monday the Burj's developer Emaar properties will take control of the property when a press conference will focus the world's media on the grand opening.

12,000 people will ultimately live and work in the skyscraper over the epic 160+ floors. It soars to 2,683 feet and houses the longest elevator shaft in the world.
