Tentative London Fashion Week Spring 2011 Schedule have Announced

The organizers of London Fashion Week,British Fashion Council, announced that the tentative London Fashion Week schedule for the Spring 2011 season slated on September 2010.

The schedule reveals newcomers, Swedish fashion design house Acne and SS11 NEWGEN designers Michael Van Der Ham, David Koma and Holly Fulton, all making their on schedule debuts.

Giles has confirmed that he will show in London marking a return following two seasons in Paris. Designers also confirmed to show on schedule for a third consecutive season include Burberry Prorsum, Matthew Williamson, Pringle of Scotland, Antonio Berardi and Jonathan Saunders.

London’s schedule is known for its breadth of talent from iconic British designer brands such as Paul Smith, Jasper Conran and Betty Jackson to world-class emerging designer businesses like Christopher Kane, Erdem, Marios Schwab and Richard Nicoll.

Burberry fall/winter 2010 collection Make 3D Show

In Burberry's fall/winter 2010 collection makes its way up and down the runway at London Fashion Week, it will be streamed simultaneously directly to invitation-only, custom screening sites watched by people fully-equipped with 3D goggles.

Burberry is cooperation with SKY television to use their 3D technology, in what will prove to be an unprecedented, and one of the most eagerly anticipated collaborations the fashion world has ever seen.

Burberry’s chief creative officer, Christopher Bailey said it will "enable people to experience the energy and atmosphere of this event from around the world. 3D technology will bring our global audience into the London show space allowing them to see the colours and fabrics, to hear the music and to be a part of that moment when it all finally comes together.’’

The 3D event will be screened to five locations worldwide. In New York - Skylight studios; in Paris - the concept store, Colette; in Dubai - The Address; in Tokyo - La Fabrique for ‘’Burberry Night’’; and in Los Angeles - the event will hosted by Tina Brown, editor of The Daily Beast.
